Request for EIA Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for two outline planning applications comprising:- Main Outline: The demolition of existing buildings and structures; The erection of buildings comprising up to: 3,750 Residential Dwellings; flexible employment and entertainment uses; learning and nonresidential institutions including an Education Campus; Associated Infrastructure including new roads, drainage, footpaths and open spaces, landscaping and public realm, cemetery or burial ground, cycle and vehicular parking and servicing, utilities and other associated works incidental to the Proposed Development; and Phase 1 Outline: The demolition of existing buildings and structures; The erection of buildings comprising up to: 850 Residential Dwellings, flexible employment and entertainment uses; learning and nonresidential institutions, Associated Infrastructure including new roads, drainage, footpaths and open spaces, landscaping and public realm, cycle and vehicular parking and servicing, utilities and other associated works incidental to the Proposed Development.
