The approved footprint/mass was followed, but the as built layout/window positions differ from the approved application. 2. Single storey front extension - planning application approved in 2019 (3/19/1257/HOU) and construction completed in 2020. The as built footprint, as well as the as built layout/window positions differ from the approved application. Please see submitted planning drawings for the existing and as built layouts, and the photographic evidence that both extensions have been constructed for more than 4 years.
