Description

Removal of 2.4m section of east elevation/gable end of original dwellinghouse to form vehicular parking and access. New dormer and insertion of a new ground floor window on eastern end of front elevation. Various fenestration changes. Construction of new retaining walls, new garden steps, balustrading and the retention of an excavated and landscaped rear garden and courtyard. Repairs to roof and construction of a new pitched roof over existing extension and new valley gutter between two pitched roofs. Install new sewerage treatment plant at rear. Install air source heat pump and solar panels (with variation of condition 1 of planning permission P/HOU/2022/06520 to amend plans)
