Description

T1 - Ash - Minor pruning to reduce the length of overhanging lowest branches as per annotated photograph. Reasons: To increase light conditions to our growing area below, encouraging the healthy growth of pollinating plants below the tree. To reduce the length of branches subjected to damage in storms and windy weather. We have experienced a great deal of broken wood from the tree which has fallen onto our garden below. To control the shape and size of the tree and will have no impact on the growth of the tree. Some low branches are overhanging our neighbour's garden and we have received a request to trim these back. The low branches are at risk of being damaged by vehicles accessing the adjacent field. Remove one vertical branch as it is crossing other branches through tree. Reason: To prevent the growth rubbing on others and crossing branches. It will improve the shape of the tree.
