Description

T3 - Beech - Reduce the NW aspect of the crown by no more than 1.5m from the tips inwards and raise the crown to 5m from ground level. At the point of bifurcation at 2m there is included bark visible with compensatory growth present in the form of elephant ears. Rubbing on the main heavily weighted stem over the driveway is present. Exposed Heartwood is visible on the lowest primary branch over the exit road due to possible vehicular damage. The specification of work is to mitigate the risk of undue catastrophic failure as a result of the identified defects. The works to the following trees are being considered under a tree works application P/TRT/2024/00260: T1 (Lime), T2 (Lime), G1 (Beech), T4 (Sycamore), T5 (Beech), T6 (Sycamore) and T7 (Sycamore).
