Non material amendment to approved P/A 3/21/0134/RM (Reserved matters details (following approval of 3/14/0016/OUT) for the allotment, car park and associated infrastructure: including the creation of an allotment with provision of family and disable access allotment plots, car parking for the allotments and the SANG, public toilets, picnic benches and the provision of sheds with concrete basis, with vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access, and associated infrastructure) to move and re-orientate car parking spaces 1-7 away from the ditch to the northern boundary and due to this, moving spaces 15-22 to keep the 6m gap between spaces to allow vehicles to access these spaces. Family plots have also been reorientated due to these changes
