Description

Decommission and remove existing water tanks, Rayburn and redundant pipe work (provide Gas outlet for future gas oven/range). Remove/make alterations to airing cupboard for installation access. Install Worcester Bosch 8000 Life combi boiler, compete with Vertical flue kit, roof flashing, Magnetic filter. Run new gas line on external of building, enter property at high level into existing boxing to new boiler position. Install radiators (8no.) complete with TRVs.
