Description

Replacement of modern one and a half storey extension on south side of dwelling in a similar form. Rebuild the modern lean-to extension at the rear of the building including replacing modern concrete roof tiles on some of the earlier catslide roof. Carry out minor (mainly internal) alterations to outbuilding (Old Forge). Improve the exterior areas to the rear of the building through the provision of an enlarged patio and new retaining wall structure.
