Description

Erect a single storey extension to the east with demolition and removal of modern walls of loggia. New window openings to the Pantry and WC. Removal of modern wall between the current kitchen and modern stairwell. Reinstatement of old wall between the WC and stairwell to block up current door opening. Reposition a modern stud wall on the landing and form new door opening in the gable end. Form a new door opening with steps to the old stable end, block up existing convoluted access to the rear stairs and reinstate the old stable door.
