Installation of supporting renewable technologies and demolition of existing two-storey extension and various outbuildings) to create a wildlife pond and vary the wording of Condition 6 to The approved Biodiversity Mitigation and Enhancement Plan signed by the Natural Environment Team on 20/03/2020 for the site and identified as Phase 1 on plan ref. 117_002_P4 must be implemented in full before occupation of the extensions. For the avoidance of doubt, the implementation of additional ecological enhancements referred to as Phase 2 on plan ref. 117_002_P4 is not subject to the same time limit as Phase 1
