Description

Works required to divert the hotel roof rainwater from the local sewerage network. The current design option is to construct a new pipeline and coastal drain outfall, although we are also exploring options for a rainwater harvesting tank and/or soakaway. The trees located at the front of the hotel are designated as an Area TPO and the attached design proposal will involve the construction of the pipeline through this area, along a footpath. The works will not directly impact these trees although we will likely need to excavate within the root protection areas. All excavation within the RPAs would be completed by hand digging.
