T1 - Beech - Reduce height from 18m to 15m and lateral spread from 20m to 17m. Crown lift the lower canopy branch framework to 3m on the garden side and 5.2m from ground level on the highway side for adequate clearance. Reduce end weight on 1x lateral limb growing south over neighbour’s driveway by 3m. Crown clean canopy of all dead wood of 20mm and above. Reason: The tree is far too big for its location and needs to be respectfully reduced.
