Description

T1 - Conifer - Partial felling leaving a 10ft high monolith. has exhibited a persistent pattern of limb failures, posing a consistent threat to both public safety and property. Given its close proximity to the road and neighbouring property, the risks associated with these failures are particularly high and necessitate immediate attention. Additionally, the size of the tree has become incompatible with the available space. Managing its size effectively would require periodic lane/road closures to maintain two-thirds of the tree, which is no longer a viable option. Therefore, we strongly recommend the partial felling of Conifer T1, leaving a 10ft high monolith. This approach will mitigate the risks associated with the continual limb failures and ensure the safety of the road and property.
