Non material amendment to planning permission P/HOU/2022/06749 (Erect single storey rear extension and two storey side extension with ancillary accommodation (annex)). - Remove the lower ground annex. Increase the rear external wall to bedroom and kitchen to be 300mm deeper into rear garden. Increase with width of the kitchen, by moving the wall 500mm to the right (into seating area) Increase the depth of the new living room front wall so that it is in-line with existing longhouse build line Increase width of bedroom and kitchen patio external doors from 1200mm wide to 1500mm wide.
