Description

A vehicle fire has caused damage to the building, being parked in the undercroft. Heat, smoke and water (Fire & Rescue Service) damage had been caused to various parts of the property the following describes the proposed reinstatement which will be on a like for like basis using the same or similar materials where replacement is necessary; Repair tiled roof covering on front elevation (with new tiles) Cosmetic repairs to damaged external walls and reinstate the decorations Replace damaged joinery including fascias, soffites, a small canopy roof at the rear and other joinery features Replace the damaged first floor structure (in part) Replace the damaged structural timber beams front and rear including repair and redecorate the metal brackets. Repair & redecorate the damaged metal entrance gates Replace the damaged front entrance door Reinstate the Interior finishes and decorations at both floor levels
