Description

Repoint with lime based traditional mortar to front and back of the building. Replace up to 10 weathered stones with traditional Portland stone to match original. Take off white cement render panel by the bathroom window at the back of the building and render with lime render. Repair fascia at front of building as needed and repaint in white.
