Description

Works required due to various damp and water ingress issues: Repairs to the structural roof timbers to the monopitch store roof. Rebuilding of the brick chimney head on the east elevation and repairs/minor repointing to all chimney heads. Replace ridge to the thatch of the main roof. Remove existing paint to the external walls of the bathroom and redecorate in KEIM paints. Redecorate east elevation in KEIM paints. New gutter detail to the west verge slope of the stone slate-covered bathroom roof. New ductwork; extract fan to the kitchen with an external grille and new opening in the outer wall or store tiled roof. Strip localised areas of defective plaster to the bathroom; east elevation door surround; dining room fireplace surround; 1st floor bedroom 1 east wall and bedroom 4 west wall. External repairs to masonry walls and introduction of lead trays to allow water dispersal as water noted around door/windows on east wall. Replace kitchen and east elevation door in hardwood to match existing.
