Description

Remove two roof lights, install 3no. dormer windows, form 2no. doors from 2no. windows in north elevation and set aside for re-use, remove stone cladding to rear lean-to and replace with timber boarding and re-instate salvaged windows there-to, form new window in east elevation. Internally at ground floor re-place staircase and create understairs WC, remove partition wall in kitchen/dining. At first floor remove wardrobe and other stud partitions and form new partitions to create 3no.bathrooms.
