Description

Various works include:- Remove internal load-bearing wall and install new universal steel beam over. Creation of new internal store with new flat roof structure over. Remove current "cold" flat roof over the first floor Office to a "warm" roof. Create new Pantry. Remove lower panelling to a natural stone party wall, undertake repairs to exposed stone. Create a new timber stud wall floor to ceiling room side of the natural stone party wall. Reconfiguration of existing shower/WC room at basement/lower ground floor level to be open plan.
