Description

Proposed works are to reduce, repair and reorder the existing building at West Parley Sports Club / Community Hub, to include removal of the first floor and provide new flat roof coverings. Provision of new rooflights in the flat roof. New sliding entrance doors to the north-east elevation. Upgrading the existing toilet and changing facilities and provision of a new Kitchenette. Accessibility improvements are proposed. Change of Use: - Loss of first floor two-bedroom flat under Use Class 'C3 - Dwellinghouses'. - Retained Use Class is F2(b) - Halls for local community, and F2(c) - Areas for outdoor sport/ recreation.
