Description

The proposal is to take down part of an existing conservatory and replace this with something of the same size, footprint and roof pitch and height. The plan is so reuse the existing footings and walls where possible. The proposed will be more in keeping with the local character, utilising existing materials where possible in the walls and roof, reducing the amount of open glazing in the roof, therefore reducing light pollution. And the use of timber frames windows rather than a UPVC alternative.
