Removal of condition No. 6 under planning reference LA07/2023/3188/F Original text for this condition: The Development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a Street Lighting scheme design has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Department for Infrastructure's Street Lighting Section and the details of which shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Road safety and convenience of traffic and pedestrians. Reason for removal of this condition: DFI Roads have confirmed this should not have been attached as condition.
