Description

Discharge of Condition 9 of LA07/2023/2734:- Prior to commencement of external finishes, samples shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Council in respect of all external materials and finishes proposed, to include; a) Stone cladding; b) Rainwater goods; c) Roofing materials including fascia, upstands and flashings; d) Glazing systems for windows and doors; and e) Window cills. The work shall be carried out fully in accordance with the details approved.
