Description

Discharge of Condition no. 6 of LA07/2023/2601/F which states that ‘within twenty-four hours prior to demolition, the existing buildings on site shall be checked for bat presence by a competent ecologist and all demolition works shall be monitored by a competent ecologist. A report of the demolition shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within 2 weeks.
