Vary condition 19 of LA07/2021/1089/F from The development hereby approved shall not commence on site until full details of foul and surface water drainage arrangements to service the development, including a programme for implementation of these works, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in consultation with NIW. Reason: To ensure the appropriate foul and surface water drainage of the site, to, Change from pre-commencement to pre-occupation condition. Proposed wording to vary condition to: No dwellings shall be occupied until full details of foul and surface water drainage arrangements to service the development, including a programme for implementation of these works, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in consultation with NIW.
