Variation of condition 7 of planning approval LA07/2024/0279/RM from: 'The construction of the dwelling hereby permitted, including the clearing of topsoil, shall not commence until the existing building, as indicated in drawing J887 P02A by a dashed line, all rubble and foundations have been remvoed and the site restored in accordance with approved plans' To 'The existing building, as indicated on Drawing J887 P02A by a dashed line shall be demolished and all rubble and foundations removied within 6 weeks of the occupation of any part of the dwelling hereby approved.'
