Description

Following consultation with NI Water, NI Water requires the location of the Foul Sewer Pumping Station to be moved 61m east along the northern boundary of the site. The Pumping Station will still be located within the parking area at the rear of sites 12 t0 20. Car parking arrangements have been rationalised to achieve this, keeping the same number of parking spaces and the same access point, as the decision notice.
