Description

Proposal to construct a new school with larger enrolment capacity situated to the NW of the existing school building. The proposed development includes provision for two full sized pitches, a handball court, and MUGA, situated on the former field and part of the overall school site. The development will include segregated vehicle access, increased car parking, and a drop-off area to ease traffic flow through the site. A separate bus drop-off is proposed to the west of the site. Development will include landscaped courtyards, hard play areas and ancillary siteworks.
