Discharge of condition No 14 of planning approval LA07/2020/1406/RM which reads: "The applicant shall demonstrate how adequate bin storage will be provided for each apartment and how ventilation will be provided to apartments, having regard to cooking odours from nearby food outlets and traffic pollution in the area. This shall be agreed in writing by the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of public health."
