Description

To vary condition No. 18 of planning permission LA07/2017/1182/F which reads: “Prior to commencement of development, works for the disposal of foul and storm sewage shall be provided on site to serve the development hereby permitted, in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority to the satisfaction of Northern Ireland Water or other relevant authority. Proposed amended text for this condition: Prior to commencement of development details of the method of foul and storm sewage disposal shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for agreement. Prior to occupation of the development the disposal of foul and storm sewage shall be provided on site to serve the development hereby permitted in accordance with the approved details and to the satisfaction of Northern Ireland Water or other relevant authority.
