The proposed development would see an infill site to comply with PPS21 CTY8 and would comprise of a storey and a half dwelling along with a detached double garage and associated landscaping. The design and siting of the new dwelling will be in keeping with the surrounding properties in the area which are all a mix of one and a half storey houses, single storey cottages and commercial / farm outbuildings.
