Modify condition No. 4 of planning approval LA07/2019/1246/F from: ‘All hard and soft landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with stamped approved drawing 04, date stamped 02 August 2019 and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice. The works shall be carried out prior to the occupation of any part of the dwelling. Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.’ To ‘All hard and soft landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with stamped approved drawing 04, date stamped 17th August 2023, and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice.
