Vary condition 2 of LA07/2022/0599/O to read 'The development hereby permitted shall take place in strict accordance with the following approved plans: L01B' Vary condition 9 of LA07/2022/0599/O to read 'A scale plan and accurate site survey at scale 1:500 (minimum) shall be submitted as part of the reserved matters application showing the access to be constructed in accordance with the attached form RS1 (with reduced 'Y' splay on far side from 75m - 60m).
