Description

Variation of condition 7 of planning approval LA07/2019/1124/F which reads: The wind turbine hereby permitted shall be removed and the site restored to its former condition within 25 years of the date of this permission, or within 6 months of the cessation of electricity generation at the site, whichever is the sooner. REASON: To allow the Council to maintain control over this temporary form of development and reconsider the proposal in light of the circumstances then prevailing. Proposed amended text for this condition: The wind turbine hereby permitted shall be removed and the site restored to its former condition within 30 years of the date of this permission, or within 12 months of the cessation of electricity generation at the site, whichever is the sooner. REASON: To allow the Council to maintain control over this temporary form of development and reconsider the proposal in light of the circumstances then prevailing.
