Application for a lawful development certificate (existing) for the use as a HMO (Use Class C4). We already have an HMO licence on the above property for more than 10 years. Recently the Newham council inspector visited the property and said everything is fine. We need some money so we decided to remortgage and the surveyor said to get a letter to convert C3 to C4. Can someone help and call us to resolve this issue or give us an appointment to see someone to know the procedure please. For the conversion from C3 (single family dwelling) to C4 (HMO), I need to apply for a Lawful Development Certificate
