The proposed amendments comprise level changes to the structures and units across the site, removal of second entrance on Pool Street, refinement of the main entrance design, design changes to the external fencing and cladding proposed within the site, changes to the approach to lighting set out in the previous Lighting Assessment, revised approach to surfacing within the site fencing, removal of a gas bottle store, removal of a roof terrace, smaller plant enclosure to reflect revised size needs and revised shape for main laboratory entrance awning.
