Description

Replace the existing glazed balcony balustrades with similar components but composed of a brushed stainless steel tubular framework with a different configuration of glazing to the existing. Replace the cementitious coating applied to the exterior wall surfaces including balconies with a similar product but of different colour. Mask/cover the edge of the projecting concrete balconies with a powder coated trim to provide a rainwater drip point and to protect/conceal the stained and weathered/damaged exposed bare concrete edge to the balconies.
