Approval of details pursuant to Condition 30 (loading curfew) attached to planning permission N/95/306 dated 21st February 1996.The suspension of the curfew is required on the 4th and 5th July 2024 to allow the delivery of ballot boxes to exhibition halls at the ExCeL after polls close. These arrangements will ensure all the ballots can be delivered, verified and counted overnight in accordance with the Elections Act 2022.
