Description

Redevelopment of two derelict buildings to create high end office space for max 30 employees under a single lease. Reuse and retrofit the existing buildings and add a new architectural intervention that joins the two buildings. The proposal creates space for meeting rooms, desk space, cafeteria and breakout space; plus space for 4 parking spaces, EV charging, and bike storage.
