Description

Install a new combination condensing oil-fired boiler. The existing boiler to be replaced is, I believe, more than 20 years old. The alternative is a low level balanced flue kit, resulting in a terminal section protruding about 250mm from the external brick wall. In our case, this would be in the paved area to the east side of the house at the height roughly of the ground floor ceiling.
