Description

Internal and external alterations to facilitate conversion and change of use of former Catholic Church bishop's residence/office (Sui-Generis) to 12-bed learning disability unit (long-term care) (Class C2). Proposed alterations to include replacement of window with doors to rear, new windows and doors in existing store room to create office, new windows to porch and where damaged elsewhere, new doorway openings and stud partition walls to create bedrooms and bathrooms on first and second floors, new drainage and plumbing runs and extract ductwork, blocking up of doorways in rear courtyard and at first and second floor, removal of stone stairs to rear (retrospective) and removal of partition walls in chapel (retrospective).
