Minor material amendment of condition 2 (Amendment to approved plans to Melbourne Street and Pandon bank elevations and roof) of planning permission 2024/1859/01/DET dated 24.01.2025. Alterations to elevations to include removal of existing facade, cavity fire barriers, combustible carrier board and flammable insulation and install new non-flammable insulation, replacement of horizontal and vertical fire barriers and reconstructing the building facade.
