Minor Material amendment to condition 2 and 3 (Revision of the Landscape and Ecology Management Plan) of planning permission 2022/1704/01/PSI dated 27.01.2023. Retention of a Day Treatment Centre (Use Class C2) and associated highways and landscape works, and mechanical and electrical services from the Cardiothoracic building to the north, two car park extensions close to the eastern and western boundaries of the site, a strengthened access ramp into the Cardiothoracic building, and a diesel emergency generator to the north-east of the Day Treatment Centre (all retrospective) and a proposed car park extension close to the northern boundary of the site.
