Removal or variation of condition 2 to read 'Each of the Class E premises being marked Units 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 hereby approved shall close for business and all customers shall leave the relevant premises by 02:00 hours each day, and none of the premises shall re-open before 06:00 on any day and there shall be no access to the premises marked as Unit 10, Unit 11 and Ancillary Retail Storage (70 sqm) by any party during the hours within which Units 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are not permitted to be open to the public.
