TPO Application: Mature Beech (T1) crown reduce height by 3 metres and crown reduce sides 360 degrees by 2.3 metres to balance. Crown reduce 6 x branches by up to 2.5 metres growing North, North-East and East over road and into adjacent Horse Chestnut tree. Remove epicormic growth on main stem and growing toward house roof. Prune to clear roof by 3 metres. Prune to clear streetlight by 2 metres. Horse Chestnut (T2) Crown reduce height by 3 metres. Crown reduce all branches growing over roads North, North-East, East by 3 metres to reduce end weight and balance crown. Conifer hedge (H1) remove to ground level & grind stumps. Laburnum (T3) Remove to ground level & grind stump. Cotoneaster (T4) crown reduce back from house by up to 2.5 metres varying. Reduce other sides by 2.3 metres back from neighbour and continue this crown reduction 360 degrees to balance crown. Crown reduce height by 2 metres. Crown thin 10% and reduce weight in crown. Clematis (C1) remove to ground level. Bay tree by rear house wall remove, prune to tidy various bushes including Elder, Bay etc. and shrubs in back garden and remove all bushes / shrubs / trees growing close to house front and rear garden.
