Submission of details of Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) to comply with condition 13, proposed solar PV panels and a supporting Glint and Glare Study to consider the impact of solar PV across to the site upon Newcastle International Airport to comply with condition 14, details of earthworks, including stockpiling and any temporary mitigation measures required to manage surface water to comply with condition 16, drainage components including sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) for the application site area within the site ownership boundary to comply with condition 19, a Construction Method Statement to comply with condition 21, Investigation and Risk Assessment to assess the nature and extent of any contamination on the site (whether or not it originates on the site) for that phase to comply with condition 37, a detailed Remediation Scheme to comply with condition 38 and a scheme of further intrusive investigations has been carried out on site to establish the risks posed to the development by coal mining legacy, and; b) any remediation works and/or mitigation measures to address land instability arising from coal mining legacy, as may be necessary, have been implemented on site in full in order to ensure that the site is safe and stable for the development proposed to comply with condition 41 of Planning Permission 2023/1505/01/DET dated 18-07-2025
