Submission of details of a) a scheme of intrusive site investigations has been carried out and b) any remediation works and/or mitigation measures to address land instability arising from coal mining legacy, have been implemented to comply with condition 3, samples of the brickwork to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension to comply with condition 6 and materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension shall match those used in the existing building to comply with condition 7 of Planning Permission 2021/2152/01/DET dated 22-11-2023
