Description

Non Material Amendment to amend wording of conditions 48 and 49 to read (Condition 48). Prior to the commencement of development of the retail/commercial units, details of hours of opening of the units shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the retail/commercial hereby approved shall only be open for business in accordance with the approved details, (condition 49). Prior to the commencement of development of the retail/commercial units, details of the hours of deliveries shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter deliveries shall be undertaken only in accordance with those agreed details to permission 2018/0382/01/DET dated 26.06.2019.
