Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion for Hybrid planning application for the redevelopment of the Forth Goods Yard site following the partial demolition of the undercroft area to include the following: Detailed planning approval for the erection of a Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) (containing 650 spaces) and residential building (containing up to 350 residential units with a commercial unit for a Class E use at ground floor level) with associated accesses, landscaping and infrastructure; and Outline planning approval for the erection of a residential building, the creation of Public Realm in the form of the ‘high line’ on the current elevated railway line in the north of the site and for the conversation and reuse of railway arches for Class E uses.
