Listed Building Application: External alterations including repainting of shopfront Beige RAL 1013 and display of 1 set of internally illuminated lettering; Internal refurbishment including fitting of new partition walls, remove existing timber floor, skirting boards and suspended ceiling and replace with new, existing coving to be retained/repaired, barrier mats to front and rear to be replaced, redecoration of basement including walls made good, electricity, lighting and general MEP systems will be removed, and new systems reinstalled.
